"Firstly, make no mistake, this is business. Whilst we make what we do fun, we do it because we are commercial people and we need to make a difference to the business so "strategy" is the most important word in the name.

Secondly, it's what you do in the preparation and behind the scenes that is just as important to what you do when you deliver hence "off stage".

And finally the goat! Tragedy comes from the Greek word Tragos which means goat and I'm also a stubborn Capricorn!

After 30 years in corporate life I decided to follow a dream and go back to drama school. I have now combined these two perspectives to create the company to deliver bespoke development programmes around communications and strategy."
